TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Booking & Payment 

1.1. Full payment is required to confirm participation unless otherwise specified. 

1.2 Any upgrades requested by the guest after confirmation will be charged additionally, subject to availability. 


2. Inclusions & Exclusions 

2.1 Inclusions: Commute from airport of first city in the itinerary, accommodation, Entry tickets and VIP passes, breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, dry snacks, private vehicle throughout the duration of the tour till airport drop off at the last city in the tour, mineral water, performances & sessions, travel insurance, access aids and curated prasadam box. 

2.2. Accommodation begins with check in from 12 noon on day 1 of the itinerary and is included till 12 noon on the last day of the tour. 

2.3. Exclusions: Flights, early check in/late check out, shopping/additional f&b, mini bar, ala-carte/in room dining, and any other deviation from the defined itinerary.  


3. Cancellations & Refunds (Guest-initiated) 

3.1. More than 30 days before the journey: 80% refund. 

3.2. 15–30 days before the journey: 50% refund. 

3.3. Less than 15 days before the journey: No refund. 

3.4. Partial participation or early exit is not eligible for refunds. 


4. Non-Arrival / Delayed Arrival 

4.1. Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated starting point on time. 

4.2. If a guest misses any segment due to delayed flights, personal delays, or logistical issues on their end, Deorhi will assist in rejoining them with the group, but refunds cannot be provided for missed portions. 

4.3. Any additional transport or arrangements required for rejoining will be charged at actuals. 


5. Temple Access, Darshan & Ritual Experiences 

5.1. All darshan, rituals, and access at temples or sacred sites are governed by the respective authorities. 

5.2. Deorhi will make all arrangements for priority/VIP darshan as planned, subject to permissions, security situations, and crowd conditions. 

5.3. If a specific privilege (such as VIP Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath) cannot be delivered due to any reason, we will offer an appropriate goodwill refund for that particular component. 


6. Changes in Itinerary (Force Majeure & Operational Adjustments) 

6.1. Itinerary modifications may be required due to weather, government directives, VIP movement, safety advisories, or operational constraints. 

6.2. Any changes will preserve the overall integrity and experience of the journey. 

6.3. In the rare event an entire day cannot proceed due to external factors, a proportional goodwill credit or refund may be issued. 


7. Health, Wellness & Medical Care 

7.1. Divine Pathways may involve walking, stairs, crowds, and variable weather, but Deorhi is committed to ensuring guest wellbeing. 

7.2. A qualified doctor will be part of the journey team, and medical supplies will be available to support guest comfort and safety. 

7.3. Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions so that our medical team can prepare appropriately. 

7.4. While Deorhi provides on-ground medical support, guests remain responsible for their personal medical decisions, existing conditions, and any specialized care beyond what can reasonably be provided during travel. 


8. Behaviour, Sensitivity & Cultural Compliance 

8.1. All sacred, heritage, cultural, and community sites have their own codes of conduct. 

8.2. Guests are expected to follow dress codes, photography restrictions, and instructions issued by local authorities or custodians. 

8.3. Respectful behaviour is essential to ensure the sanctity of the experience. Any violation may lead to removal from that segment without refund. 


9. Accommodation & Transport 

9.1. Journey pricing covers the accommodations, transport, and hospitality specified in the itinerary. 

9.2. Any upgrades or additional requests made by the guest will be charged extra and fulfilled subject to availability. 

9.3. Transport timings must be followed to ensure smooth darshan and experience flow. 


10. Personal Belongings & Valuables 

10.1. Deorhi will provide a recommended protocol for safeguarding valuables (such as lockers, hotel safes, guided handling at temples, etc.). 

10.2. If guests choose not to follow the suggested safety protocol, the responsibility for their belongings rests with them. 

10.3. Deorhi cannot assume liability for loss of items where recommended precautions were not adhered to. 


11. Photography, Documentation & Compliance 

11.1. Some sacred and cultural sites may have photography restrictions. Guests are encouraged to comply with these rules to maintain respect and harmony. 

11.2. Guests may be photographed or videographed for memory capsules and documentation unless they choose to opt out in writing.  


12. Insurance 

12.1 It is recommended for guests to have their own health insurance. The package however includes Asego’s Domestic Assist Plan, Status Tier covering up to Rs 5 Lac for emergency accidental hospitalization. 


13.  Governing Law 

13.1. These terms are governed by Indian law. 

13.2   All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
